HSBR Innovations LLP is a software studio in Mampad, Kerala — a senior team of engineers, designers and operators who'd rather ship one excellent thing than ten mediocre ones.

Our story
HSBR started in 2023 as a frustration. Three engineers — burnt out from agencies that overpromised, juniors that overbilled and PMs that under-shipped — decided to start a studio that does the opposite.
Senior engineers only. Fixed scope. Weekly demos. You own everything. Three years later we're a team of twelve, with offices in Kerala and a satellite presence in Canada, building software for clients on three continents.
We make our own SaaS too — six in-house products that pay for the slow weeks and keep us honest about what shipping actually looks like.
